Chris’ talent for acquiring new accounts, managing businesses and assisting the growth of organizations have prompted him to create a consulting firm that consists of seasoned executives from the computer software and hardware, networking, engineering, commercial logistics, retail and transportation markets. Chris has maintained very high level positions in both start-ups and Phase 0 companies. He has over 14 years of sales and management experience with companies such as GN Netcom Inc, Choice One Communications, and PC Connection. He was Co-founding Principal of Retro Office Interiors. Chris has been responsible for managing a sales team, negotiating contracts, developing marketing plans and initiatives. Chris has won several awards for over achievement in his sales roles including the April 2004 Awarded Salesman Star and The Wall of Fame. The accounts that he targeted, signed, and supported include Comcast Cable, Wegmans Food Markets, 3M Company, School Specialty, Limited Brands, Market Vantage, and Precise Comm.
Frances Barbaro – Sr. Executive Consultant and Industry Expert, Fran is the visionary and Founder of TerraZONES International Inc.. She is the driving force and motivating factor behind the organization of the pre-funding team and product roadmap. She is currently working with Sanders Supply to assist in building its relationhip with the US government needs and a start-up interested in focusing on the “boomer” market. Fran has over 20 years experience in the computer software and hardware industries in both established companies such as Adobe and several start-up environments. Fran has a strong sales and marketing background having landed contract deals with companies such as Xerox, Polaroid, Dell, Boeing, Bank America, Marriott Hotel, Impress Pharma, and NEC. Her background crosses the lines of technology sales and sales management, marketing, and engineering for companies such as Honeywell/Bull, SilverBack Technologies, Intuit, Anysoft, and several small companies. She has sold to over 100 companies worldwide. Her sales background has been in enterprise, small business, subscription, OEM, VAR, and direct sales. She is knowledgeable in CRM, Project Management, ERP, HRM, Publishing, Interactive Games, and system level applications and environments. She has written business, marketing, and technology plans. She holds 4 technology patents pending in Washington D.C. Fran was employee number 111 of 153 at Adobe Systems as the first hire in Boston and as the spokesperson for PostScript technology and color technology. In her role at Adobe she was behind the founding of the NY Professional PostScript Users group pushing Adobe PostScript as the industry standard. Fran was instrumental and key to assisting Adobe in building a $250 Million division pertaining to PostScript technology. Fran signed and assisted companies in building their profits like Canon to a $150 Million division. In addition, she created a plan for Adobe Net in 1993 prior to MSN and Netscape. As a visionary, Fran discussed putting a generic easy user interface to ARPA NET in 1984 during the time at Honeywell. She also managed an engineering competitive analysis group for Honeywell and was one of three that supported the Unix technologies for the company. Fran has conducted business development work for companies such as SAP, Ipanema, Manufacturers Solutions Group, Neolane Software, Fran obtained a Bachelors of Science in Management from Bentley College in Waltham, MA, and a Certificate in Media/Broadcasting from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting in Wellesley, MA, and has completed several courses towards a Computer Science Degree at Bentley College and is currently an MBA candidate, September 2007, from the University of Liverpool, England. Fran was a past member for the AMA Boston and several startups. Fran also has a retailing background from Filene’s Inc. She has also initiated and negotiated several legal documents such as NDA’s, Trust Agreements, Trademark, and a variety of sales contracts.
